Brewed with the finest Maple Products here in SW Ontario. Our friends over at Aldred Maple Products help up fill our tanks with Sap, then finish with Aldred’s very own Maple Syrup.
Leaving this brew with a very smooth lager finish.
Side note; When we first made this brew Dan and Pete would tap our own tree’s (all 4 😆) to get Sap to fill our tank…It took way to long to collect the sap. We opted to go to the professionals down the road for assistance.
